I think there needs to be more incorporation of these types of meditative, spiritual practices within Judaism, we're lacking some connection tools. Rav Sholmo opened it, and you can feel how much closer we can get through that kind of prayer but it's not enough or not right for everyone! I think Jews who are reluctant to keeping Torah observance and mitzvot are battling hashem's presence
And power in their lives and in the world. It's an inner
battle and constant struggle that I know I feel at times
and many others share. there isn't 'one right way' for anyone, you might have to try many different styles and environments before you feel your 'shalem'. I think it's more about action and behavior, and what we decide
what to do with that in treating others. I know that
hashem doesn't need us to take care of hashem,
hashem wants us to take care of the physical, each
other, that's why we're here! Trust me I deeply battle
with being in the physical world, but I do believe through
our good actions of love and caring we can truly
transform that into beautiful spiritual light that will guide
us into olam haba ! Remember we all have a spark of Moshe rebbeinu in us and unlike him we get to enter in the holy land and live glorious lives. Be grateful, be
giving, smile and say todah hashem, I love you!

transform the physical to spiritual!David Hilfsteinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01607211144126945199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5554345619555310427.post-47884921851875349652012-10-07T06:55:25.444-07:002012-10-07T06:55:25.444-07:00Very insightful.
